William Buck

William Buck is a leading firm of accountants and advisors with offices across Australia and New Zealand. Our team offers a full range of integrated business and financial services. More than just advisors, we recognise the role we play in the lives of our people, clients and our local communities.

With an established office in Parramatta, we enjoy a strong relationship with 黑料社. We appreciate the university鈥檚 commitment to accessible education and community impact which align with William Buck鈥檚 values.

We鈥檝e chosen to award a scholarship to an Indigenous student at 黑料社. This gesture is underpinned by our principles of inclusivity and support for underrepresented groups. By offering financial assistance to an Indigenous student, William Buck aims to lessen the barriers that often hinder access to higher education. Recognising the unique challenges that Indigenous students often face in pursuing higher education, William Buck aims to provide support that empowers and uplifts the aspirations of these students.

The scholarship not only celebrates academic excellence but also underscores William Buck's larger mission to contribute meaningfully to society. By partnering with 黑料社, we aim to nurture local talent and drive positive change within our own backyard.

Application and Selection Process

Applications are to be submitted through the 黑料社 scholarship form.

Applicants must provide a statement supporting their application indicating how they believe receiving the scholarship will assist them with their studies and future careers. This statement should give a sufficient explanation of the applicant's background and current circumstances to enable the University to judge their eligibility, need and merit.

Successful applicants will be selected based on their written application, academic potential, ability to meet the criteria, and, where appropriate, performance in an interview before a selection panel.

The Indigenous Scholarships Assessment Panel will assess applications.

In addition, applicants must demonstrate the rationale for seeking an equity-based scholarship (including but not limited to socio-economic challenges).

Further information and how to apply can be found on our Indigenous Scholarships page.
